1. Minimum age
Recommended minimum creator age: 13. Brand and payment users remain 18+.
2. Guardian consent
Before an under-18 creator may earn or withdraw, a parent or legal guardian must complete verification and consent to these terms, the Creator Supplemental Terms, and the Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.
3. Guardian responsibilities
- Provide accurate guardian identity and contact information.
- Supervise the minor's platform use and campaign participation.
- Accept responsibility for tax and payout account details where required.
3. Implementation status
Under-18 creator access must remain disabled until the guardian consent workflow is live in the product. This addendum describes the intended rules once enabled.
