1. Service Description
KoLink is a content-promotion platform that connects brands with Instagram creators. Brands fund campaigns; creators join, post Reels to Instagram, and earn rewards based on the views their content receives.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Instagram account (creators) or operate a legitimate business (brands).
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the laws of Hong Kong.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Campaign Rules
4.1 Brands
- Ensure campaign content complies with advertising and consumer-protection laws.
- Review submissions promptly; submissions left unreviewed past the stated window may be auto-approved.
- Once a campaign is funded and live, its core terms (CPM rate, budget, type, and requirements) are locked to protect creators who joined on those terms.
4.2 Creators
- Produce original, authentic content and never artificially inflate views or engagement.
- Appropriately disclose commercial partnerships in your content.
- Keep submitted Instagram Reel links public so views can be tracked.
- Do not run paid promotion or Boost on submitted content during the tracking period unless the campaign explicitly allows it — KoLink pays on qualifying organic views only.
5. Compensation and Payment
- CPM earnings — per 1,000 genuine views × the campaign's CPM rate.
- Service fee — KoLink charges creators a platform service fee on earnings; brands are not charged a fee on top of their budget.
- Tracking period — each approved submission is tracked for the campaign's chosen period (7–30 days from approval, set by the brand at creation), or until the campaign's scheduled end date — whichever is earlier. Only views during this window count toward your payout. After the window closes, earnings settle to your withdrawable balance.
- Limits — each submission is subject to the campaign's minimum and maximum earnings.
- Disconnecting Instagram — if you disconnect Instagram while campaigns are still active, recorded views remain but pending earnings for those reels are forfeited and will not be credited.
6. View Authenticity & Anti-Fraud
KoLink uses automated systems to analyse views, engagement, and account behaviour to determine whether traffic is organic. Buying views, likes, or engagement, or using bots or similar tools, is strictly prohibited and may result in rejected submissions, cancelled earnings, a reduced account score, or account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
Creators retain copyright in their content and grant brands a non-exclusive, limited licence to use submitted content for promotion during the campaign period only. Use after a campaign ends requires the creator's separate written consent. KoLink's trademarks, logos, and platform design are protected by law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Artificially inflating views, likes, or engagement.
- Submitting false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Impersonating others or providing false identity information.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraud, or otherwise harm the platform or its users.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific views, earnings, reach, or results, and we are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in third-party data such as the Instagram Graph API.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
12. Payments
Payments and payouts are handled by our payment processor. All campaign funding, wallet top-ups, and card payments are final and non-refundable. KoLink does not issue refunds to brands for unspent campaign budget or for any other reason. Unspent wallet reserve may be released back to your available balance when a campaign is completed, but this is not a refund — it is the return of your own uncommitted funds within the platform wallet.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the Hong Kong courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
